Boiler pressure vessel safety valve commonly used debugging method

1、 Mechanical method to debug safety valve. Namely, increased media pressure direct take-off safety valve. tanQ=AS/AJ ; AS: Pressure-test valve pressure area(cm2);AJ: Hydraulic jack pressure area(cm2),Manufacturers provide。 after hydraulic device debugging the safety valve, the minimum starting seat pressure safety valve is taken actual seat review, to confirm whether the value of take-off is accurated, if necessary, re-commissioning. At present, the power plant boilers and heating system pressure vessels safety valve mostly uses this method for the debugging, debugging results is ideal. It is proposed to promote this debugging method for application. It is noted that selecting regular manufacturer hydraulic debug device.
3、 Remove method debugging safety valve. The boiler pressure vessel safety valve is removed, and uses check equipment to check the valve separately. After checking qualified and then re-loaded safety valve. This approach uses the low-pressure boiler pressure vessel safety valve, with poor accuracy. For the boiler pressure vessel that can not be super-pressure in system, it is recommended to apply this method to debug safety valve.
4、 Once a year, on-line check boiler pressure vessel safety valves, commonly using hydraulic equipment to run under 75% ~ 80% of rated pressure.
