Switching valve is two spring-type safety valve in parallel connection, with the same inlet. By switching mechanism it can make one safety work, and another is closed, so two valves can take turns to switch to working state.
Switching mechanism can match with different types of safety valves according to the differences of applicable media, temperature, pressure, in order to adapt to different working conditions. The switching valve inlet and outlet flange can adopt GB or ANSI accoring to customers requirements.
Features
(1) three-way flow path design, one station installs two same safety valve or bursting disc, one is conducted as online overpressure protection, while the other as a maintenance reserve;
(2) The change system operation is safe, simple and fast;
(3) fast switching reduces the expose time of personnel in hazardous environments;
(4) Fast switching does not need installing stopping, it provides continuous overpressure protection, and avoids the high cost losses of emergency stopping maintence;
(5) below each safety valve (rupture disc) is fitted with an escape valve for safe and effective discharge the media before dismantling the safety valve, and lead it into the discharge pipe;
(6) Fast switching device is equipped with balance valve, so rotational torque is small, and easy to operate.
