Applications and structures

GA49H-40 pulse safety valve is mainly used for power station boilers, pressure vessels, temperature and pressure reduction devices and other equipments, to prevent the pressure exceeding the allowed maximum pressure value and ensure the safe operation of equipments. The main structural features of GA49H-40 pulse safety valve are: 1, through the lever and the heavy hammer to smooth the disc pressure, makes the valve to ensure sealing, moves the heavy hammer position and changes the heavy hammer weight to meet the requirements of take-off pressure. 2, sealing surface is made of iron-based Cr-Ni stainless steel bead welding, after heat treatment, the disc improves wear resistance and anti-erosion. 3, the top of the valve has open and closed electromagnet, and mechanical motion and electrical motion will not disturb each other.

Installation instructions

1. Pulse type safety valve should be used by matching A49H-4-type main safety valves and so on.
2. pulse valve installation should be strictly vertical, the lever should be maintained level, and keeps uniform with the guided fork gap of both sides.
3. Before install pulse valve, we must wash clean the pipes.
4. The extract pipe of pulse safety valve should keep a longer distance with the inlet pipe of the main safety valve, the distance between electric contact pressure gauge and the inlet pipe of main safety valve should not less than five times of the inlet diameter of the main safety valve, in order to avoid affecting electric contact pressure gauge and pulse safety valve working correctness due to exhaust when the main valve moves.
