Overview
A28W male copper safety valve is a spring micro-opening safety relief valve with brass body and male interface. When the pressure in the protected small system or equipment exceeds the preset safety value, the valve will open automatically to release the medium and close automatically after the pressure returns to normal. W "means that the sealing surface is directly machined from the valve body material. Brass material ensures good corrosion resistance and thermal conductivity. The external thread connection is easy to install, and the overall structure is compact. It is specially designed to provide economical and reliable safety protection for low pressure and small-diameter non-corrosive medium systems. It is mainly installed on low pressure (generally ≤ 1.0MPa) pipelines or equipment such as small electric water heater, steam generator, coffee machine, small pressure vessel, compressor air storage tank, laboratory equipment and HVAC system, as the final safety protection device to prevent overpressure due to pressure control failure.
Features:
1.Brass body corrosion resistant
The valve body is made of brass, which has good corrosion resistance to water, steam, air and various non-corrosive media and is suitable for living and general industrial environment.
2.Easy external thread connection
The inlet end is a standard male thread (usually G1/2 ", G3/4"), which can be directly installed on the threaded interface of the equipment or pipeline. It is easy to install and remove without additional flange connection.
3.Spring micro-opening structure
Direct load spring and micro-opening valve flap design is adopted, with small opening height, moderate discharge and fast opening and closing. It is applicable to liquid or occasions requiring small discharge for pressure relief.
4.Body sealing surface ("W" type)
The sealing surface of the valve flap and the valve seat is directly machined from the brass material of the valve body, which is economical and practical, and can meet the sealing requirements of conventional working conditions.
5.Compact structure and wide applicability
The overall design is compact and typically has a manual test lever to check disc flexibility periodically. Suitable for various systems with relatively low operating temperatures and pressures.
